Which size do I need?
We have a "Size Guide" button on each product listing with all the measurements of that specific item.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, we offer returns! Online shopping can be hard when trying to find the perfect fit. We offer returns and replacements for items with full details down below.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail verifying that we have received your order. Once the order is shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your tracking number, enabling you to track your order on our provider's website.
I have made a mistake, how do I cancel / modify my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders after they are shipped, usually after Wednesday of every week. Please make sure to confirm you have selected the right size and entered the correct shipping information before confirming your order.
How do I care for my garments?
All products come with care instructions to properly maintain our garments. We generally advise hand washing our garments with lukewarm water especially from pieces made from delicate lightweight linen fabrics.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, we currently don't accommodate international shipping. However, we do plan to make it available internationally in the near future.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We will gladly return and or exchange an item with the same style of garment. We do not offer refunds. Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns. Returns will be accommodated and handled through our Instagram direct messages.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging.
Returns for merchandise showing any sign of use (worn, damaged, stained or missing its packaging) will not be processed.
We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post. We reserve the right to decline a return request if the item does not meet our standards.
